Join Vancouver Sowers Society of Education’s SunRunners team for the 2020. Vancouver SunRun being held on April 19th.
2020太陽報主辦的 Sun Run 將會在4月19舉行 ！
Together, we will walk, run through our 10 weeks training program & to get our mind & body ready for a successful completion in the 10K run. All novices and running veterans are welcome to join the team. All you need to have is your determination, a pair of running shoes and able to walk for 100 minutes. Let’s all be a certified 10K runner and achieve our personal best in 2020 ! Thinking of running a marathon ? Start from this 10K run.
In addition to enjoying the fun and spirit of wellness, we will also raise fund to support VSSE’s educational projects. VSSE focuses on the educational needs of the disadvantaged children & youths in Vancouver area and the impoverished regions in China. Donation target of $100 from each team member is expected. Supporters with $20 donation or more will receive an official tax receipt from VSSE. Attached please find the Registration Form and the Pledge Form.

溫哥苗圃行動教育協會將會組隊參賽，歡迎會員及親友加入。由2月9日第一週開始進行為期10 週的集訓， 鼓勵所有新腳及飛毛腿，不限年齡或快慢，祇要身體狀況適合慢跑，有跑步鞋，能步行100分鐘，便可加入。
在過去8年已有超過300人次參加，其中有100多位從未參加過 Sun Run 的朋友，經由本活動而完成一生中第一次的10公里長跑， 由”不可能的距離”變為傲人的成績，有不少更再接再厲， 成功地完成42公里的馬拉松賽跑。
此活動的目的是籍著一健康愉快的10週體能訓練, 完成大溫地區最有代表性及最歡樂的全民10公里路跑。 同時協助溫苗為中國山區及列治文學童教育籌欵。 籌款目標為每人$100，希望每位隊員能盡力達到並超過此一要求。凡個人認捐$20或以上者， 均可獲溫苗2020退稅收㯫，請參閱報名及認捐表格。
4萬人跑10公里, 行善又健康, 何樂不為, 但少了你一個都不能 !
而且今年有印有溫苗㑹徽的 technical fiber T-shirt 給每一位參賽隊友留念。
