VSSE is affiliated with Sowers Action, Hong Kong (HKSA). We share the same vision and principles. Hong Kong Sowers Action provides tremendous support to VSSE in terms of “On-site Evaluation, Direct Subsidy and Long Term Follow-up”. On the other hand, VSSE supports activities organized by HKSA. Eg, in the 2004-2005 Long March for Education and the 2007 and 2015 Ancient Tea Horse Route, VSSE helped promoted the events in Vancouver and enrolled a number of participants to travel across the globe to join the walkathons.

香港「苗圃行動」是 「溫苗」的聯會，我們有著共同的理想和守則。

「溫苗」在中國的資助項目都是經過香港「苗圃行動」進行的。香港「苗圃行動」在「實地考察、直接資助、長期跟進」上給予「溫苗」很大的支援。另一方面，「溫苗」十分支持香港「苗圃行動」的活動。如 2004-2005 年的 助學長征，2007 和 2015 年的 茶馬古道，「溫苗」都在溫哥華廣泛宣傳，並招募多人遠赴中國參加步行。
